Remote Browser Isolation at 60 FPS
BrowserBox streams a full modern browser to any client with low latency. Keep web risk off the endpoint while teams browse, automate, and embed safely.
Why teams choose BrowserBox
- Clientless RBI across modern browsers with no plugins.
- 60 FPS streaming for smooth, responsive sessions.
- Embed anywhere with the <hyper-frame> element.
- Runs everywhere on Windows, Linux, and LXC.
Built for real-world security and ops
Keep malware and phishing off the endpoint. Sessions run in controlled, disposable environments.
Low latency and 60 FPS streaming keep workflows fast, even on noisy networks.
Run headless on servers, with or without GPU. Pair with Tor, SSH tunnels, or standard HTTPS.
Control what happens inside the session
Copy and paste, uploads, downloads, printing and developer tools are each allowed or denied by policy — enforced in the session, not asked of the user.
Start from a deny-by-default profile with an allowlist for navigation, private network access blocked and the browser profile encrypted at rest. Or start open and tighten as you go.
Policy decisions are logged with sensitive fields redacted, so you can show what was permitted and what was refused.
Build on it
Drop a live session into your own product with the <hyper-frame> element, and drive tabs, navigation, capture and selection from JavaScript.
Scripted workflows run in a real browser, so sites behave the way they do for people. When something needs a human — a captcha, a login — take over the same session.
The Cloud API creates ephemeral sessions over REST with nothing to host. Self-host when you want control, call the API when you want it gone afterwards.
Run it for a team
On Linux, bbx fleet runs many isolated seats on one host, each with its own profile and route. Elsewhere it is one session per machine.
The desktop app starts and stops sessions, picks how people reach them, manages policy, and shows the whole seat pool with its capacity and health.
Record a session and get a self-contained site you can open later — useful for handover, for review, and for showing someone exactly what happened.
Reach it however you need to
Put a session behind a Cloudflare tunnel, a Tor onion service, a ZeroTier network, an nginx front door, or plain HTTPS on your own hostname. Each transport installs what it needs the first time you use it.
